ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

My name is Willow Lamoureux and I specialize in portrait photography. Not only do I specialize in it, but it has always been something I’ve gravitate to. I have a background in multiple mediums of Art; such as painting, sketching, literature, poetry, videography, and of course photography. I enjoy creating art that communicates to people through people. Eyes, expression, colour, imagination, and extraordinaire. I want to capture the beauty in you and all around you.

"Professional, Personal, Creative, and Natural", are what makes up my photography and how I interact with others. I believe in honesty, kindness, positivity and perseverance. 

AWARDS

2014: Woodroffe High School graduating year, I was recognized for great ability and diversity of arts and received "The Woodroffe Arts Letter" award. 
2016: Algonquin College Photography Program, I won second place in photography series.
2016: Algonquin College Photography Program, I was recognized by Stephane Bedard from Nikon Canada and Art Director, Jane Corbett, from Ottawa Magazine in winning first place for Magazine Cover .

About Photography

My website is a means of displaying my artwork through my blog, connecting us together, finding which of my services are best for you, and buying merch.

From painting canvas to literature, I believe the classics and innovations of art are important foundations within my photography. Once understanding the technology and autonomy of photography; I am able to bring to life creative aspects of my images.
